Why I love Portugal
Because it´s not organized, there are rules, but you can get around them or stretch them.
Because I can go to the food market and get everything fresh from the farm, and eggs from happy chickens.
Because wine and bubbles are amazing, and you can always find something you´ve never tried.
Because there are so much unknown tasty cheese here, that you could have a different one each day without eating the same one for a year!
Just because it´s beautiful and wild, simple and amazing. (Sure, there´s a crisis here and people are not all optimistic, but I´m still grateful for the good stuff…)
Just because, Portugal is in my heart.
The best way to enjoy life on an everyday-basis is to see and appreciate the beauty around us, and you are good at it, keep up this spirit!!
